Ruler guide new artboard illustrator7/29/2023 In this post, we’re going to dive into the basics of Adobe Illustrator and creating vector images.Īdobe Illustrator® is a drawing program that is designed to output images as vector graphics. Selecting a region changes the language and/or content on our previous two posts, we took a look at the basics of Adobe Photoshop®, including working with smart objects. Tap to create a pattern using the Radial Repeat, Grid Repeat, Mirror Repeat options. Tap to create or edit paths using the following options: Cut path, Convert to corner, Convert to curve, Join path, Simplify path, Smart Delete, Delete. Tap to style your text using the Outline text, Type on path, and Edit path options. Tap to Expand, Group, Make clipping mask, Create stroke outline, Convert to guide, Make compound path. Tap to align, distribute, and flip objects. Tap to copy and paste appearance of the objects. Tap to create or edit the shape using Combine shape panel (Combine all, Minus front, Intersect, Exclude overlap), Shape Buidler, Divide all, and Convert to path. Tap to lock all the guides on the artboard.
